The Team
Tina our loyal and longstanding Head Chef has been with us since the outset a very organized chef Tina is also fundamental to our food society events with her menu planning.
Chris took over the reins from Branko some 17 years ago, known for his wit and repartee he enjoys looking after and engaging with our patrons always keen to get them to try something new on his wine list. A keen golfer too.
Julia is Chris’s assistant, our 5 years service and coordinator of all things front of house. She keeps Chris on the straight and narrow with his back office requirements.
We are happy to welcome Julia to our full-time front of house team along with Joe Mahon our new apprentice in the kitchen, an avid Man Utd fan we’ll soon try and convert him to the mighty foxes.
“We have been coming here for years and the food and service has been consistently good, almost without fault. It is our favourite place to visit and it deserves high praise for superb food which we always thoroughly enjoy.”
